Responsiblities

Write clear, concise, and useful UX content for our SAAS applications (web and mobile versions) Collaborate with UX designers, UX researchers, product managers, developers, and other SMEs to ensure UX content supports the overall user experience Create and update content for microcopy, including tooltips, error messages, and other UI elements Empathize with users and advocate for their needs throughout the UX design lifecycle Contribute to and maintain the UX style and voice and tone guide, ensuring all content adheres to established industry and in-house standards Collaborate with UXR to conduct A/B testing, validate content effectiveness, and gather insights for improvement Ensure all content is inclusive and accessible, and meets the needs of users from diverse backgrounds and abilities Conduct content audits and reviews to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the product Work on concurrent projects at various stages of the design lifecycle Previous experience with healthcare or life sciences writing A background in SaaS (web and mobile) Experience working with UX style guides and design systems Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive content

Requirement

Native-level fluency in English (U.S.) Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or equivalent experience in a related role Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills A portfolio of work that demonstrates experience with UX Writing and Content Design Knowledge of user experience (UX) design processes and methodologies Ability to empathize with users and write user-centric content Experience using Figma and MS Office Suite Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback * Ability to think critically about content choices and articulate the rationale behind them
