Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage coating machine independently
Perform machine changeovers as per production needs
Handle ink setting and ensure proper mixing
Check coating quality according to standard specifications
Conduct routine general maintenance of the machine
Prepare daily line production reports
Monitor and update raw material requirements
Maintain smooth workflow and support production targets
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of coating machine operations
Good understanding of color shades & ink mixing
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Process-oriented approach with attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Required Qualification / Experience
10th / 12th Pass
5-7 years of experience in coating machine operations (Metal Printing preferred)
