Responsibilities
Keep the entire kitchen area clean and hygienic at all times.
Clean kitchen floors, walls, and tiles regularly.
Ensure the walk-in chiller and storage areas are cleaned as per schedule.
Wash all utensils, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen equipment properly.
Arrange all cleaned utensils and dishes neatly in the designated racks.
Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
Handle all items carefully to avoid breakage or damage.
Follow the equipment cleaning schedule given by the Chef.
Support the kitchen staff as needed during operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or utility work preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Physically fit, punctual, and willing to work in a busy restaurant kitchen.
Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.
