Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Assist kitchen and service teams with basic food prep (as directed).
Sweep, mop, and clean floors, counters, and storage areas.
Dispose of waste and ensure proper segregation and disposal of garbage.
Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and materials.
Support service staff during peak hours (clearing tables, refilling water, etc.).
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
Report any maintenance issues, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
10th pass
or equivalent education (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in restaurant/food service (advantageous).
Good understanding of basic hygiene and cleaning practices.
Ability to work in a fast?paced environment.
Physically fit (able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights).
Team player with a positive attitude.
