Job Summary:Notice : Immediate to 45 daysLocation : DahejExperience : 4-6 YearsThe Utility Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems including water, gas, electric, and HVAC systems. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. This position is vital for the safe and efficient functioning of utility services in the facility.Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily inspections and monitoring of utility systems (e.g., boilers, chillers, generators, pumps).- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical utility equipment.- Troubleshoot issues with utility infrastructure, identify root causes, and implement solutions.- Operate and monitor systems via computerized control systems (SCADA, BMS, etc.).- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards and regulations.- Support emergency utility services and on-call duties as required.- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or upgrades.- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.- Maintain cleanliness and organization in mechanical and utility rooms.
