: Job Responsibilities
Installation: Installing various types of air conditioning and heating systems as per the standards. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine the best placement for equipment. Assembling and connecting components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, ductwork, and all kind of dehumidifier fires. Ensuring that installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems. Inspecting and cleaning components, such as air filters, coils, and fans. Checking refrigerant levels and adjusting as necessary. Lubricating moving parts to reduce friction and wear. Testing and calibrating controls and thermostats. Identifying and addressing issues that may cause system malfunctions or energy inefficiency.
Repairs: Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with HVAC systems. Repairing or replacing defective components, such as motors, capacitors, valves, and sensors. Detecting and repairing refrigerant leaks. Testing system performance after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
Tools and Equipment: Using a variety of hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized HVAC tools to perform tasks effectively.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Complying with environmental regulations when handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials. Keeping up to date with industry standards and best practices.
Documentations: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment manuals. Documenting parts used, labor hours, and expenses for billing and inventory purposes.
Training and Continuous Learning: Staying informed about new HVAC technologies and industry advancements. Participating in training programs to improve technical skills and knowledge. What can you expect from Mars?

Educational & Professional Qualification

• Air Condition mechanic, (ITI)

Knowledge/Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Air Condition system.
