To operate and maintain the auxiliary systems that provide the necessary "lifeblood" (CO2, water, steam, and air) to the bottling lines.
?Key Responsibilities

System Operation:
Monitor and operate industrial boilers, air compressors, CO2 storage/evaporation systems, and Ammonia-based refrigeration chillers.

Water Treatment:
Oversee the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to ensure water meets strict beverage-grade standards (Alkalinity, TDS, and Chlorine levels).
Hot water generator -monitor and operate the system.

CO2 Management:
Monitor CO2 purity and pressure levels, which are critical for the carbonation process in soft drinks.
?
Preventive Maintenance:
Perform routine checks on pumps, cooling towers, and valves to prevent downtime.
?
Log Management:
Maintain hourly logs of pressure, temperature, and consumption rates for utility resources
Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a hot water generation.
?
Experience:
2-4 years in a process industry (Food/Beverage preferred).
?
Knowledge:
Understanding of the refrigeration cycle and steam distribution.
