Key Responsibilities

:


Report directly to the Plant In-charge.


Manage Utility operations and maintenance activities in collaboration with the Plant

In-charge.


Define, implement, and maintain performance records aligned with quality objectives

for the Maintenance & Engineering department.


Ensure operations and maintenance of department premises, equipment, and

instruments comply with SOPs and cGMP standards.


Review running hour records (previous and current) and plan maintenance

accordingly.


Monitor and manage borewell water operations, quality, and reading logs.


Oversee operation, cleaning, and maintenance of spiral filters and multi-grade filters.


Supervise preparation, application, and record-keeping of all dosing chemicals.


Operate, maintain, and document Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Ultra Filtration (UF)

systems.


Supervise clarifier chemical dosing and ensure timely cleaning and maintenance with

records.


Monitor and record operator and labor performance.


Identify and plan for spare parts and consumables; raise indents and coordinate with

the Purchase Department.


Maintain dosing chemical stock records and manage issue logs; approve indents

through Plant In-charge.


Supervise Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations and maintenance.


Plan and develop manpower to ensure efficient shift operations.


Review daily departmental activities; prioritize and assign tasks; report outcomes to

superiors.


Coordinate with PR, QA, and QC departments to support plant activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
