About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Utility Staff Member

to join our restaurant team. The Utility role is essential for smooth daily operations and ensures cleanliness, hygiene, and support in back-of-house activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, and dishwashing stations Wash dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and ensure proper sanitization Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks like cutting, cleaning, or prep support (if required) Take out trash and maintain waste disposal areas Ensure constant supply of clean plates, glasses, and cutlery Maintain overall hygiene standards as per restaurant guidelines Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen utility role preferred (not mandatory) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
