Utility Operations & Maintenance

Maintenance & overlooking of firefighting equipment, water system, RO. Ensure uninterrupted service and optimal performance of utilities to support production needs.

Fire Safety Systems Maintenance

Supervise & maintenance of Fire Hydrants, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, fire pumps, and hose reels Ensure the safety compliance standards STP/ETP Management Oversee operations and maintenance of

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

and

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

. Ensure proper functioning of wastewater and sewage systems.

Civil Maintenance

Manage maintenance includes Factory Buildings, roads, flooring, boundary walls, drainage, rainwater harvesting systems, underground tanks, trenches, culverts. Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of plant structures and facilities. Supervise minor and major construction, renovation, and repair projects.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain documentation for utilities, civil maintenance, statutory clearances, inspection logs, AMC/CMC schedules. Prepare and submit regular MIS reports on utility performance, energy usage, water consumption, maintenance KPIs, and cost metrics.
