Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities to production lines (Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blow Molding, etc.). Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment. Monitor utility consumption (power, water, air, fuel) and implement energy-saving initiatives. Maintain logs, records, SOPs, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers for maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and environmental regulations. Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of utility systems. Conduct root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective actions.
