Job Description

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of pumps, including seal replacement and alignment.

Conduct maintenance and repair on all types of valves (e.g., control valves, ball valves, gate valves).

Execute maintenance tasks related to boiler systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Carry out maintenance and repair work on chiller units.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on air compressors.

Apply good knowledge of gear pumps, vacuum systems, and thermic fluid systems for effective maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.

Collaborate with production and other engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications:

B.E. Mechanical Engineering.

4 to 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial setting.

Proven hands-on experience with the maintenance of pumps, valves, boilers, chillers, and air compressors.

Demonstrated knowledge of gear pumps, vacuum systems, and thermic fluid systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
