responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the ETP system, ensuring it meets environmental regulations and operational needs. This role involves monitoring treatment processes, performing maintenance, and maintaining records to ensure efficient and compliant wastewater treatment. Key Responsibilities:

ETP Operation and Maintenance:

Supervise and operate ETP equipment, including pumps, aerators, clarifiers, and filters.

Process Monitoring:

Continuously monitor and control wastewater treatment processes, including physical, chemical, and biological treatments.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and company standards for wastewater treatment.

Data Logging and Reporting:

Maintain accurate logs of water quality, operational parameters, and prepare compliance reports.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance to ensure the plant operates efficiently and reliably, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements to the ETP system to enhance efficiency and performance.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of ETP operations, maintenance activities, and compliance reports.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate utility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, including physical, chemical, and biological treatments.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and troubleshoot problems.

Maintenance Skills:

Knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.

Compliance:

Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Relevant experience in ETP operation and maintenance is preferred.
