Operate and maintain utility systems (boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, water treatment, etc.).
Ensure continuous supply of utilities (steam, air, water, refrigeration, power).
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor and record utility parameters (pressure, flow, temperature, consumption).
Optimize energy and water usage, implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
Maintain utility logs, reports, and maintenance history.
Coordinate with production and other departments for utility needs.
Supervise vendors/contractors and manage AMC/service activities.
Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new utility equipment.
Maintain inventory of critical spares and consumables.
Handle emergencies and implement contingency plans.
