This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Travel Sales Team Leader/Supervisor at HYDRA TRAVELS PVT LTD. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of travel sales agents to achieve sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving client inquiries efficiently. The Travel Sales Team Leader/Supervisor will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing strategies to enhance team performance, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Aviation/Travel/Hospitality preferred).
6-10 years of experience in airline crew travel, aviation operations, or hospitality.
Experience managing teams in a 24X7 operational environment.
Knowledge of hotel contracts, GDS/booking tools, and crew operations.
Proven skills in Team Management and the ability to coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in the travel or tourism industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
