What You'll Do
? Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions supporting federal, state, and local government projects.
? Source and engage professionals in areas such as engineering, IT, project management, inspection, and operations.
? Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) to identify top talent.
? Screen candidates for eligibility, clearance, and compliance with contract requirements.
? Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to understand role needs and timelines.
? Ensure recruitment practices align with EEO, OFCCP, and federal contracting standards.
? Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and qualified candidates for current and future projects.
