About the Role


We're looking for a digitally-savvy

Business Development Executive

to drive demand for our IT services by owning lead generation, CRM management, and digital outreach. If you're an MBA graduate who thrives on combining strategy with execution, and loves working across business development and digital marketing--this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities



CRM Management:

Maintain and update the CRM system; ensure lead records, communication history, and sales pipelines are accurate and up-to-date.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify, research, and qualify prospects through platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and email campaigns.

Email Campaign Execution:

Draft, schedule, and manage outbound email campaigns to generate high-quality leads and nurture existing prospects.

Multi-Channel Prospecting:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns via email, LinkedIn, events, and social media to build a strong lead pipeline.

Lead Nurturing:

Engage with prospects, respond to queries, schedule meetings, and help advance leads through the funnel with well-timed follow-ups.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with senior team members to tailor pitches, proposals, and presentations that align with client needs.

Market Intelligence:

Stay on top of industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity to refine messaging and targeting.

Ideal Candidate



MBA graduate with 0-2 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of CRM tools

(HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and email campaign tools (Mailchimp, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.). Passionate about IT services and digital strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team. Open to flexible shifts and partial remote working.
