Military Veterans Integration Program

We are currently looking for military veterans to join us for this program with demonstrated skills applicable to Deloitte's business having leadership experience and an unwavering work ethic to aid our business.

Hiring for roles:

This role is part of a 16 weeks paid program (Fixed Term Hiring - 4 months) with provision of conversion to full time employment. Conversion to full-time employment is subject to individual performance and business requirements.

Work you will do:

At Deloitte, you will be responsible for delivering high quality work products within due timelines in an agile framework where you will be liaising with onshore/offshore teams and clients to understand functional requirements. Depending on your work experience, interest, and fitment you will be deployed in one of these areas - Consulting Services, Tax, Audit and Assurance, and Enabling Areas (EA).

Eligibility Criteria:

Full-time graduation or equivalent qualification (B.E. / B. Tech / B. Com / B. Stat / B.C.A / B.Sc.) and / or Masters (M.C.A. / M.Sc. / MBA / M. Com / M. Tech / MS) Prior full-time employment with any of the military services (Army, Navy, Air Force or any other) Veterans who have completed military service in the last two years Willing to relocate to Hyderabad for 4 months for MVIP Can join the MVIP within 30 days of confirmation Less than one year of professional experience following military service and fewer than 22 years of total experience

We are hiring across multiple skills Ability to quickly learn and deliver on new emerging technologies and areas not previously worked on Clear and concise communication with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to pursue a collective team goal Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation in the work you do Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
