Senior Analyst - Developer- ITS Automation CoE - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The Automation CoE is a team within Information Technology Services servicing both internal and external facing business units for Deloitte USI.Work as a Developer in Senior Analyst role for the ITS Automation Team and support Automation CoE with automation/RPA solutions to existing business processes. Manage the build, test and deploy life cycle. Work with Automation Portfolio Manager and Business Champions to develop POCs, Chatbots, Console applications. Preparation and facilitation of user acceptance testing. Consistently ensuring deliverables meet stakeholders' expectations directly or via team members. Applying critical reasoning to define and manage requirements, review, refine and present solutions, issues, risks and implement corrective action with stakeholders in a collaborative manner. Consults experts to develop innovative approaches to complex issues. Developing effective working relationships with consultants, senior consultants & superiors in ITS, Deloitte practitioners and external parties such as vendors where required. Leveraging agile project delivery experience to influence project planning and delivery to achieve project goals. Demonstrate the ability to independently deliver without significant senior support/escalation. Builds rapport with senior stakeholders to continually broaden and strengthen relationships. Presence and confidence when presenting to senior stakeholders. Drive and contribute to a positive and constructive culture. Knowledge sharing and implementing opportunities for improvement from lessons learnt activities.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

Power Platform & Microsoft Technologies

Minimum 2 years of experience with Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate). Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Copilot (preferred).

Development Experience:

Minimum 2 years of development experience using .NET Framework (C#, .NET). Strong understanding of .NET Core-based Web APIs. Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, and XML. Proficiency in writing SQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries. Experience writing interfaces and third-party system integrations (desirable). Knowledge of multiple programming languages

Azure Services:

Basic familiarity with Azure services such as: + Azure Functions + Logic Apps
+ Azure SQL Database
+ Azure Cognitive Services
Hands-on experience with one or more of the above services.

Intelligent Automation & AI:

Experience designing and implementing chatbots (preferred). Desirable knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. Exposure to AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot (reiterated from above).

Additional Technical Skills:

Experience in designing and implementing and managing chatbots. Desirable experience in writing interfaces and third-party integrations. Desirable knowledge of RPA technologies and Cloud Services (PaaS). Experience working with data (mapping, transformation) including understanding complex relationships and business rules. Strong OOPS concepts.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Innovative problem-solver with the ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and understand how their needs fit into Value Creed offerings. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work through ambiguous situations.

Communication and Teamwork

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced environments. Recognizing when to escalate appropriately and to the right people. Strong in Communication (Oral and Written).

Project Management and Methodologies

Experience with agile methodologies and waterfall project delivery approaches. Proven experience and skills in technical/business analysis using both waterfall and agile project delivery approaches. Experience with agile project delivery methodologies.

Self-Management

Excellent experience working in Application Development, Quality, and Automation teams. Proactive, driven, and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and collaboratively. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks. Superior time and work/task management skills. Being a self-starter, ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

Additional Responsibilities

Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Create technical specifications and test plans.
