Responsibilities- Qualify and develop leads through strong communication and discovery. Be responsive and the 1st point of contact for the client- Be the go to person and the face of Ushyaku and our experience in developing B2B and B2C products- Bring your experience and desire for strong sales- Gain knowledge from our team to help you develop your sales skills and techniques through discussions and training materials- Build collaborative relationships with the experienced team so help win business and nurture customer relationships- Planning and Prioritising your accounts effectively through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, in-house CRM platform and insights.- Take intelligent risks to help us identify inefficiencies and improve our process.- Be target driven to reach and overachieve individual and team results- Ensure you keep our culture and values at the forefront of your mind when interacting with our customers, colleagues, and business partners.Skillset- Minimum of 12 months experience in sales or target driven environment- Fluency in English- Business Fluency in French or other languages would be beneficial- Experience in SaaS, sourcing or a lead generation role, preferably in the technology industry- Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms and AI powered tools- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills- Ability to autonomously manage time, prioritize tasks and deal with ambiguity- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others- Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail- Motivated to work in a high energy sales environment as a team player- Motivated by a career in sales and eager to learn (ref:updazz.com)
