Domain Expert (Fintech)

Consultant in the FinTech domain :

- We are looking for a strong candidate who has expertise in Domain and Technology. Candidate who has relevant experience in implementing banking solutions in FinTech arena, such tasks are highly challenging and competitive in the fintech sector.

- Additionally, with good software language proficiency and patience to handle customers ask and translate into more effective /successful solution.

- The FinTech Domain Expert would be required to liaise between the key customers and internal teams. He/she would be responsible for all written and verbal communication with the client throughout the engagement (concept to implementation). The Consultant will also have relevant experience in documentation, scenario analysis, user manuals, etc. and partner with customers to execute the solution as per the plan. He/she would need to help the Sales team pitch our services and expertise during the Sales process by preparing and defining the scope and solution.

Eligibility Criteria: Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. A solid foundation in Finance domain is required. The applicant does not necessarily have to have a technical background but the use of technology to make financial services faster, cheaper and efficient should excite the applicant. A graduate or postgraduate with expertise in Finance (Investment Management, Corporate Finance or Banking Operations) is expected.

Experience: Prior Solution principal/SME/ Business Analysis experience (10-15 years) in the Financial Services domain would be very critical. Experience in the Lending/Banking Operations sector would be advantageous. In addition of domain knowledge and experience in the Salesforce or any core banking solution/ecosystem would be highly desirable.
