Role:
We are looking for a skilled User Researcher to enable decisions on the basis of consumer understanding and help Wint become more Consumer Centric.
Responsibilities:
- Deepen the understanding of our target segment.
- Improve their choice of asset related decisions as per what our consumers need the most.
- Improving product experience and building the right features as per consumers needs.
- Improving the marketing messages and efforts as per what consumers find most relevant and delightful.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise research questions based on analysis of current knowledge, business goals and risks.
- Identify the best method or mix of methods based on research questions, timeline and resourcing.
Requirements & skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in User Research (B2C organisation experience; Internet business preferred)
- Experience in influencing product, design or business.
- Experience in Design (Educational experience : NID, IDC, IIT etc.)
- Portfolio/CV demonstrating hands-on experience with Qualitative and UX research methodologies.
