Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

with a strong command of

Figma

to design seamless, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about design systems, collaborative workflows, and translating user needs into elegant visual interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Maintain visual consistency with reusable components, auto-layouts, and design tokens.

Collaboration & Figma Expertise

Build and maintain shared design systems and libraries in Figma. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders via FigJam, comments, and shared files. Leverage Figma plugins and integrations to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.

User Research & Testing

Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to refine designs. Ensure all UI designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards. Continuously iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

Developer Handoff & Implementation

Deliver clean, well-documented design specs and assets using Figma Inspect. Support the development team to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs. Communicate design intent clearly and effectively in agile environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

Proficient in

Figma

(Auto-layouts, Variants, Components, Prototyping). Solid understanding of

UI/UX principles

, user behavior, and design thinking. Experience with

design systems

and scalable component libraries. Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS

is a plus. Familiarity with tools like

FigJam

, and

prototyping animations

is preferred.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Self-driven and adaptable with strong time management.

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree in

Design

,

Human-Computer Interaction

, or a related field (preferred). Minimum

3 years

of experience in a UI/UX role with a focus on

Figma-based projects

strong portfolio

showcasing user-centered design solutions and Figma proficiency.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
