We save our enterprise customers 10 to 15% on indirect spending with higher efficiency, providing a similar B2C experience in B2B procurement. Our World-Class Buying Platform provides great visibility of spending management, reducing costs and spending at the same time. Role Description As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our clients and their employees. You will work closely with our development team and project manager to create innovative solutions that help drive user engagement and satisfaction. What we look for Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions Experience in designing and developing web and mobile applications Strong understanding of design principles and best practices Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience conducting user research and user testing to inform design decisions Ability to work independently and proactively to identify and resolve design issues Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field Knowledge of copywriting is a plus What you\'ll do Conduct user research to identify user needs, pain points, and design opportunities Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and promptly Conduct user testing to validate design concepts and make data-driven design decisions Solve and design for complex customer needs and expectations with the aid of user research, brand insights, data analytics, and competitive analysis Successfully build and communicate user flows that articulate a multitude of user journeys across key touchpoints Partner closely with the product and development teams to represent UX and the customer voice throughout the entire build and validation process Provide mentorship to other UI/UX designers on the team How to apply Fill out the Google Form https://forms.gle/v1TK1pQ9R8jQWwVa7 Note: Applicants are required to provide their portfolio links!
