Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions, ensuring that the technical feasibility aligns with the design intent. You will engage in iterative testing and refinement of prototypes, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions developed meet both user needs and technical requirements, fostering an environment of innovation and creativity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage team collaboration and idea generation. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback effectively. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with development teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
