Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design solutions to enhance usability and accessibility. You will engage in brainstorming sessions, create wireframes and prototypes, and test designs with users to ensure that the final product meets their needs effectively. Your role will also include presenting design concepts and receiving feedback to refine your work continuously, ensuring that the user experience is both intuitive and engaging. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and feedback. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
