We are seeking a passionate and talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow UI designers to design new features, transform concepts into interactive prototypes, and continuously iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your responsibility will include conceptualizing and crafting highly interactive user interfaces across multiple supported platforms.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and process data to identify user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
• Research and stay updated on new or emerging front-end technologies that can improve user experience.
• Conceptualize designs through storyboards and concept presentations.
• Design visually appealing digital interfaces and present design concepts in a compelling manner.
• Conduct usability testing with prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to craft seamless and user-friendly interfaces.
• Deliver high-quality visual communication designs, including graphic design, web design, illustrations, animations, and layout designs.
• Mentor and guide team members in conceptualizing and articulating design solutions effectively.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Technology.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces for B2B SaaS products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and precisely convey ideas.
• Leadership capabilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
