Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design meets user needs and business goals. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design. - Advocate for the user throughout the design process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies. - Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to create design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
