Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design solutions to enhance usability and accessibility. You will also engage in discussions to align design strategies with user needs and business goals, ensuring that the final product delivers a seamless experience for users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights. - Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design tools such as Sketch or Figma. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience in conducting usability testing and user research. - Familiarity with responsive design techniques and accessibility standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
