Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will also be responsible for creating wireframes and prototypes, ensuring that the final product aligns with user expectations and business goals. Engaging with users to gather feedback and iterating on designs will be a key part of your daily activities, allowing you to refine and improve the user experience continuously. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights. - Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with developers. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vue.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
