As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Design System team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions that align user needs with business goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, architecture, and functionality of our products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Job responsibilities

Build relationships with designers to drive adoption of the design system Partner with designers, engineers, and product owners to apply and evolve design patterns and components Facilitate workshops and trainings, and deliver presentations to peers and leaders Write, maintain, and improve UX documentation Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Three years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving digital product experiences Proven ability using Figma, including crafting libraries, components, variables, and advanced features Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies Capable of independent decision-making and taking direction Articulates design rationale persuasively in verbal and written communications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Working knowledge of at least one programming language to aid collaboration with engineering partners Ability to craft illustrations and other forms of visual communication Knowledgeable in the design of both web and native mobile experiences History of working with or in design system teams
