Job Summary
The True Value Sales Executive (POCDSE) is responsible for generating leads, engaging walk-in and outbound customers, and driving sales of pre-owned vehicles. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth buying experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for customers visiting the True Value outlet or contacted through leads
Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, tele-calling, referrals, and digital platforms
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pre-owned vehicles
Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options clearly
Arrange and conduct vehicle inspections and test drives
Negotiate prices within company guidelines and close sales deals
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, finance approval, and delivery
Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and compliance with company processes
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat/referral business
Adhere to True Value brand standards and customer satisfaction norms

Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (12th pass with strong sales experience may be considered)
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
Other Requirements
Valid driving license (preferred)
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as per dealership norms
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of cars sold
Lead conversion ratio
Customer satisfaction scores
Revenue and margin achievement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
