Used Car Sales Executive

Job Description

Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals; Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses; Desk both used and new car deals; Handle and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally; Assist in hiring, training and effectively leading sales associates and ensures all dealership policies are always followed; Maintain inventory with a quick turn rate; Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance; Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers; Help manage all other aspects of the sales department; Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas; Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles; Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase; Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot; Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
