Responsibilities
Lead the sales process for used vehicles auction, from initial customer engagement to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
Utilize market insights and trends to develop effective sales strategies tailored to our diverse customer base
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options
Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to identify their preferences and provide tailored vehicle recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring follow-up and satisfaction post-sale.
Required:
5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the used car market, including pricing strategies and customer preferences
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior sales team members
Experience with digital sales platforms and online customer engagement strategies.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
Ability to leverage social media and online platforms for customer outreach and engagement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
