Key Responsibility Area (KRA)
Maintain accurate new and used vehicle information on internet by taking and submitting vehicle photographs and ensuring price match between lot and internet
Work with salespeople on programs that will increase the new-car gross and increase F&I penetration
Works with salespeople on programs that will increase the new-car gross and F&I penetration
Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers
Maintains vehicle inventory
Ensure immaculate and accurate display of marketing and merchandising materials for used and new vehicles including stickers, pricing, storyboards, banners, streamers, store signage
Monitor dealers' usage and operation of used car sales systems (UCPR)
Monitor dealer used car inventory movements
Monitor and support the quality and integrity of the information
Take initiative to stay up to date with current local, state, and federal vehicle sales regulations and automotive guidelines
Proven success in automobile retail sales.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
Experience:- 3-5 years work experience in retail Passenger vehicles. in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership - Provides vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates, Adaptive to change and leads change movements
Ethics - Works ethically and with integrity
Prior experience with secondary lending is a plus.
