Strong understanding of ISP/telecom enterprise products - ILL, broadband, and managed

services.

Proven track record in revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage and revenue data for actionable insights.

Excellent leadership skills with ability to drive telesales teams towards aggressive targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Qualifications s Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-

8 years of experience in ISP, Telecom, or Enterprise Internet services.

Prior experience in revenue management, usage enhancement, or customer lifecycle

management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

% Growth in ARPU C Revenue per Enterprise Account.

% Increase in plan upgrades C product penetration.

Downgrade/churn control rate.

Telecalling/telesales team performance C conversion rates.

Successful launch and adoption of bundled offers/products.
