Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

US Accounts Payable Accountant

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations in alignment with US accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and process invoices in accordance with US GAAP and company policies. Manage vendor accounts, including timely payments and reconciliations. Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries promptly. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor account balances. Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and audit-ready documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, and operations). Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and tax regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in

US Accounts Payable

. Strong knowledge of US accounting principles and payable processes. Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Flexible to work

night shifts (US time zone)

. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?830,281.47 per year
