Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations for US clients: invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, vendor/vendor-staff billing, expense management. Manage a small AP team: assign tasks, monitor daily workload, ensure timely and accurate processing, mentor and train team members. Ensure compliance with US accounting/payment regulations, vendor terms, and internal control standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (US vendors, staffing teams, procurement, operations) to resolve discrepancies or payment issues. Drive process improvements: streamline AP workflows, reduce cycle time, ensure data accuracy, implement best practices for US vendor payments. Prepare reports and dashboards (e.g. cash flow forecasts, payment status reports) for management review. Manage vendor/staff data, documentation, and compliance records for US-based staffing or vendor payments.
Qualifications & Skills

4-7 years of solid experience in core Accounts Payable (AP). Prior experience working with US accounts, US vendor payments or US staffing/payroll processes is strongly preferred. Good understanding of US payment terms, vendor management, and compliance standards. Strong leadership and team-management skills: able to mentor, manage workload and ensure deadlines. Proficiency with accounting software / ERP / payables systems; good Excel skills. Good communication skills; ability to coordinate with US-based vendors and internal teams. Detail-oriented, process-driven, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
