Key Responsibilities
Conduct
usability research and testing
(heuristic evaluations, usability testing, surveys, interviews) for banking and financial products
Translate
user needs, business requirements, and regulatory constraints
into intuitive and effective user experiences
Create and review
user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
Identify usability issues and provide
actionable recommendations

Collaborate with
UX/UI designers, product owners, developers, and QA teams

Advocate for
