USA Genuine Technical Sales Process (Urgent Hiring)

Note: We are only looking for experienced candidates from any USA or UK Technical Support or Technical Sales Process. We are not hiring freshers or experienced in a different field for this profile.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices. Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience. Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer and convert into leads or sales. Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc with US customers. Ability to manage CRM to maintain every customer record to ensure best in class service.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1-Year to 4-Years

Skills:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer problems, analyze them, and solve them.

Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's.

Must be Punctual.
