Job Responsibilities: 1. Tracking client-specific documents from consultants and following up on any missing or incorrect forms. 2. Working on contract-related paperwork for clients. 3. Onboarding of consultants as per the USA HR Compliance 4. Providing needed help and assistance in completing the background verification for our current and ex-employees for various reasons within the stipulated time 5. Acting as a coordinator for various HR activities for USA consultants. 6. Handling calls from consultants and understanding and resolving their queries. 7. Working with all types of forms I9, W4, Direct Deposit, W9 for 1099 Consultant, etc. 8. Issuing various kinds of other letters like verification letters, relieving letters, vacation approval letters, and immigration purpose letters as per the request from current or ex-employees. 9. Assisting the accounting team with the details for updating and renewing the company\xe2\x80\x99s business license. 10. Working on the base documents of the company like MSA and POs. 11. Providing general HR assistance. 12. Working and assisting across horizontal and vertical levels in the hierarchy. Job Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills. 3. Knowledge about all visas in the US region. 4. Fluent/Excellent verbal & written skills in English. 5. Knowledge of relevant software applications like Zoom, Dropbox, Gmail, Google spreadsheet, and MS Office. 6. Current residence in Dehradun 7.
