US HR i
ndependently and assist in
Indian HR
as well.
Candidate should be excellent at spoken and written English
Ready to work
1 pm to 6 pm from office and 9 pm to 12 mid night from home.
Well aware of US HR policies, PTO, payroll, insurance etc. Manage onboarding and off boarding for US employees. Company related HR training will be given by US office.
Assists in India hires by job postings, screening, taking interviews, onboarding, induction, salary slips, exit formalities etc.
Min
5 yrs of experience
in end to end HR process management is a must. [ US or India]

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
