Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Manage pre- and post-payroll activities including timesheets, deductions, reimbursements, and garnishments.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
Coordinate with service providers (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or other payroll platforms).
Ensure compliance with TASC card regulations.
Manage employee benefits processing including 401(k) enrollment, deductions, and reporting.
Accounting & Finance
Handle day-to-day accounting operations in line with US GAAP.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Assist with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing.
Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
Support tax filings and liaise with US-based accountants/auditors.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure timely reporting to authorities.
Support statutory filings such as W-2, W-4, 1099, and other payroll-related compliance forms.
Ensure adherence to SOX and internal audit requirements.
Stay updated on changes in payroll and employment tax regulations in the US.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in US payroll and accounting.
Familiarity with US payroll platforms (ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong knowledge of US payroll compliance, taxes, and benefits administration.
Working knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Preferred
Experience working with offshore teams supporting US clients.
Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance.
Familiarity with healthcare, retirement benefits, and leave management policies in the US.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
