SMH Corporation Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

International Customer Voice Support Executive

to join our dynamic operations team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls from drivers, providing accurate guidance, and ensuring efficient data entry related to car auctions and shipments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in the night shift.

Roles & Responsibilities



Handle

inbound and outbound International calls

from drivers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Provide step-by-step instructions

and effectively resolve driver or customer queries.

Perform

accurate and timely data entry

for car auctions, cargo details, and shipment records.

Maintain records, documentation, and ensure timely system updates.

Collaborate with the

operations team

to improve process flow and efficiency.

Maintain call

professional, high-quality

,

compliance

, and

documentation.



Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.)

customer service

, ensuring customer satisfaction and support excellence.

Requirements



Education:



Graduate (any discipline)

Experience:



o Minimum 1 year of experience in a US voice process (support or sales). Fresher with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

o Excellent English speaking & writing skills with a neutral accent

o Strong problem-solving abilities and CRM knowledge

o Comfortable working in night shifts (5PM to 2AM)

o Experience in US, telecom, or dispatch domain is a plus

o Upselling skills are a bonus

o Bachelor's degree preferred

Language Skills:

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. The candidate must be able to understand and communicate effectively with native US speakers.

Typing Speed:

25-30 WPM with at least 80% accuracy.

Shift Timing:

5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Work Mode:

On-site only (no remote work).

Transport:

Own transport required (no company transport).

Availability:

Immediate joiners preferred; 0-15 days notice period candidates will be prioritized.
