About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused

US Voice Process Executive

to handle inbound/outbound customer calls for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a US voice process along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers. Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently. Maintain call quality, accuracy, and compliance standards. Update customer information and maintain records. Achieve daily/weekly call and quality targets. Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in

US voice process

is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Good listening skills and problem-solving ability. Willingness to work in night shifts as per US time zones.
