VACANCIES FOR THE POST:US VOICE PROCESS JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities To support the healthcare team in providing and assisting the patient with his/her care needs in collaboration with all healthcare providers. Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner. Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff. CRO will provide information, directions and any other assistance to physicians, patient, family of the patients and vendors. Desirables: Must be a graduate Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO preferred. The candidate should have a good command over English language and excellent communication skills Candidates with American accent (preferred) Excellent detail orientation, with attention to accuracy, completeness, timeliness; exceptional recall and memory. Should be willing to work in Night shift Should be willing to work from office location Immediate joiners. Minimum 1 yr experience required in International voice process, Night shift, Salary within 20K Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
