Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
Present company products/services and build client interest.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and call notes.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly goals.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in outbound sales / inside sales / voice process.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of sales concepts and lead generation.
Willingness to work in US shift (night shift).
Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset.
