Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to customers to US market. Engage customers effectively, understand their requirements, and promote company products/services. Maintain a high number of quality calls (around 150 calls per day). Provide accurate information to customers, resolve queries, and handle objections professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the team and report progress to the supervisors regularly. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Must Have :

Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear accent. Good listening skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM). Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset. Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply. Ability to handle a high volume of calls (approx. 150 per day) with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge to operate CRM and other related tools.
