We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our
US Voice Process
team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information while ensuring excellent communication and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers.
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve queries efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call handling, quality, and productivity.
Follow company policies, compliance standards, and call scripts where applicable.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English (US accent will be an advantage).
Minimum [0-2 years] of experience in BPO/Call Center (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in international voice process.
Knowledge of CRM tools or call center software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
