Job Title:

US Voice Process Associate

Location:

Kolkata

Key Responsibilities :-

Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on company requirements. Source and screen potential candidates' resumes from job boards. Maintain and update recruitment databases for accurate tracking. Evaluate candidates' credibility and ensure completion of documentation. Keep applicants informed about their application status throughout the process. Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong candidate relationships during selection. Initiate contact with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, sharing insights into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree (any field) or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing.

Communication Skills:

Strong English proficiency (verbal & written).

Other Skills:

Good organizational and interpersonal abilities. High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

Male candidates only

(due to night shift requirements).

Freshers only

Work Hours & Shifts

Night Shift:

8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Weekends off.
